!!URGENT!! Need help
Hi Everyone,
So I am stuck in a situation and I don't know what to do.
I got a call for bio-metrics on Friday @3:46 PM, I choose Downtown 9700 Jasper Ave scheduled for @11:15 AM.
So I went for my appointment at @11:15 AM and they said they never received any appointment under my name and they cannot do anything as they don't have my profile in there system.
So they wanted me to call IRCC , which takes forever and they said "did the agent who called sent any email", I asked the agent when I got the call that, if i need any confirmation number or email and she said no, just BIL and passport.
The downtown office said we cannot do anything and I have been trying calling IRCC since then but no luck.
Is here anyone who had this problem?
