Hi,

I'm a little confused by the Biometrics information and hoping someone can clarify. I believe I have to submit Biometrics as everyone has to?

However...

- I pay for them when I submit my common law sponsorship application?
- but I don't go and get my Biometrics taken until they ask me to? (after the application is submitted)

Is that correct? Don't want to submit an application and then discover that I was supposed to have included Biometrics or something I've missed.

My situation, I arrived in November 2019, I'm from the UK, passport and finger prints I'm sure were scanned at the airport, not sure if that is in anyway relevant?

I'm on a visitor record, extended it a couple of times so I could be here for over a year to apply for a common law sponsorship.

One other thing would be good to confirm, I've applied for my UK police report. The only other place I've been for more than 6 months in the last 10 years is Canada for the last 14 months. I don't need a Canadian Police report as they apply for it on my behalf? Is that correct?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
