hey i want to ask i have given my fingerprint in vfs global but i didnt get any update on my portal. its been 4 week ago can anyone guide me what should i do now? please guide me im am really worried about

In my case 3 days. (weekend days included)
I gave my biometrics on January 11
IRCC update it on January 14
Hi everyone,
I did my biometric 15/03/2024 ,but have not receive any a biometric update .I checked at the biometric validity tool and my biometric information was not found.
On my biometric details,date of enrollment,expiry date and biometric ID is empty.
They are even requesting my biometric data on my portal as well.
Please, someone should help me on how to go about. Thank you

I am in same situation. Also did my biometric on 15/03/2024. No update yet.

I went to the VFS office and they are saying is as a result of network issue,they are now keying it into the system.

2 weeks before, I was finished biometric at VFS. while tracking status it shows 10 years validity. But it is not updated in IRCC account. How much time IRCC needs ? and approx. time to get visa stamping letter ?

Hi. Were you able to resolve your issue, and if yes, would appreciate if you could share how. I am facing the same problem with my wife's visa, and it has been 2 months since we submitted the biometrics. Also, we are applying from the US. If anyone has the same experience, please reach out. Our trip is coming in 1.5 months and if her visa is still pending we would need to cancel or postpone it
