Biometric letter for trv received but all centers closed

Hi folks,
I applied for trv for my parents who are currently in the united states. They received biometric letters but all asc and vacs are closed in US. What do we do next? Is waiting for them open the only solution? Anybody in similar boat who can advise please!!

Unfortunately Waiting is the only solution unless they had done any biometric in past 10 years upto the date

Thank you.. no we did not have any biometrics taken for my parents. We raised a web form asking for direction from cic. Will wait for their response. Posted here to see if anyone else went through this situations

We gave biometrics Jul 12 in Dallas but no update after that. Not sure how long this will take

did not got biometrics done as all centers are closed
