Biometric for super visa

Hey guys,
my query is - if I apply for SuperVisa of my parents, will they be able to give biometrics at vfs in India?

The reason for my query is some people have posted that they have trouble getting an appointment for biometrics at vfs in India.

Hello same for me I applied on jan 27 and got confirmation.Received biometrics on jan 29 2021

After checking for biometrics in india they are saying they are not doing any biometrics for super visa untill government approval. I don't know what to do. Do you know?

Your choices are to either wait - or to have your parents travel to Dubai or Nepal to complete biometrics now.

I have not put up my file for said reason, can you please confirm how many days do they provide to submit biometrics?
