I had my appointment for Biometrics on 2nd of April 2020. But due to the Covid-19 scenario all the application support centers were closed. Had raised a CSE regarding this and was told that the time period to submit would automatically be extended by 90 days.
1) Would this 90 days time frame include the original time period of 30 days? So the time period by which the biometrics should be submitted was by April 12th 2020. So, with the extension of the 90 day period, will it be extended until June 12th 2020 or will it be until July 12th 2020?
2) The application support center, ASC got opened on 4th of June 2020, tried contacting them, as I was unable to get another appointment on their website. I was told that they would send a mail in which they would inform about the next appointment when the biometrics can be done. But till date haven't received any mail. Is anyone else in the same boat? Should I raise another CSE regarding this?
