They're just laughing at it, knowing that she's filibustering the law but it's all a big joke. It's not like it affects people's lives
No please this is pure torture. So much uming and ahing I have not heard in a long time. How does somebody not able to speak properly in public get to this level ? Not to even mention speaking about something this important. Go learn your trade in the minor leagues. Irony at it's best. Who ever wrote this speech must be redeployed to another job with immediate effect 
One Liberal rose and asked if she decides to speak for 5 hours, do they get one hour of question period. And they all started laughing together
She's proposing for the Governement to retrack their bill, go back to Comittee and find a plan on how to educate people not to lie on their application. that's just a major LOL
"How to be a clown, for dumps" she is the standard and manual for such book
There's still 3 and a half hour to go, she's gonna run out of saliva at some point
