Personally I don't mind citizenship revocation of dual citizens if they are convicted terror acts.

It's the notion of 2nd class citizens and the notion of double punishment rather here!!!

they have not mentioned it at all and it was not discussed so Pre PR time will be counted as it was introduced in the begining

The 3/4 rule stays (the amendment was defeated).
No one has a clear timeline.
