The only way you can sponsor your friend's son if you adopted him.
You could also marry the son.

But only if he's an orphan and under 18.

If he is school (Primary or secondary) age, you can enrol him in a school as an international student (It costs a lot!) and he can live with you while he is in school, and then he can apply for university and then apply for PR.

We have a family friend who's daugther is over 18 and has dependents already so she can't be sponsored as a family member. So our other friend applied for that lady as a nanny to her kids, but when she got here, they looked for a different employer since the person who initially hired her just did it to help her land in Canada. It will take her a while to get PR, but at least she's with her mom and she works in Canada now.

Wonderful...advocating immigration fraud! It is exactly for abuses like this that the entire TFW system needs to be reformed and these loopholes closed immediately.

That is certainly misrepresentation and subject to review.
People abusing the system and then making it tougher for the ones who are bona-fide.

This is directed to Torontosm and Paprico. Most people on here are trying to help others so if your trying to be police men go and apply at your local cop shop.

It is not fraud. The initial employer paid all the necessary dues and she did apply her as a nanny. There are not many people who are able to shell out money just to get a nanny from abroad. So, the friend helped her out to get in Canada and helped her find a family who is needing a nanny like what she is entitled to work as in Canada.

What's the misrepresentation?

Plus, a CIC or CBSA agent wouldn't make that post . . . as Iay stated already, it's perfectly legit!
