Anyone of you have already got PNP from BC Tech program?
My husband has a job transfer from Montreal to Vancouver. We know its a coast to coast transfer, however company takes care of the transfer expenses.
I have couple of questions, His company is based in Quebec and they have more 300 employees and a large IT services company. He is on a Intra company transfer and his client is based in Vancouver.
Is he eligible for this pilot program, I am not sure the company has many employees in BC yet, he has to start the client engagement and slowly start hiring people as his job is a sales job.
If yes, I was checking the requirement and one such requirement indicates that company should have at least 5 employees in the payroll, is the need is all of them needs to be in BC area or it is okay if they are spread across Canada? Can someone clarify this.
