Hi All,
I got one query, related to Employer requirements.

I am working in IT field in Vancouver (BC) on WP but my company Office is in Toronto. Basically, I am relocated from offshore IT firm to work in Canada. I have applied for BC PNP, and got invited to proceed for PNP application based on score. Now the application need below mandatory details to be uploaded which I will not have as my company head office is in Toronto but as an IT firm it can let its employees operate anywhere in Canada

1. Employee Recommendation Letter - Usually we get offer letter when we travel which states we can work anywhere in Canada but my WP clearly states that I will be working in Vancouver under closed WP. So can that letter be used as recommendation Letter.

2. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
- what is this ?
3. Copy of Valid business Municipal License ? What is this as my offer letter does not mention any License number
4. Copy of evidence of recruitment - Which document is required here ? I have an appointment letter stating - I am deputed to Canada bla bla ....
5. Employer BC registration number - This also I dont have and there is no way my company will provide such information

In short, is there any workaround for these placeholders or they should be strictly provided by Employer. I just dont want to put Offer Letter, Appointment Letter for these or any application and waste 700CAD (application fees).

If anyone has faced similar situation, kindly advise
Hi,BCPNP program is a employer driven program so all these documents need to submit by employer end..you need to contact with your employer to collect all these documents.

I am no expert but if you look at BCPNP guidelines from official website it states that employer should be in BC . So in my opinion this may not qualify but i could be wrong . Maybe others can chime in

Yes, exactly . I read that which is why I am holding myself and verifying if there is an alternative way of viewing IT jobs because for IT HEAD Offices are at one location but employees usually work in different client locations.

Thats true, this is an employee driven program. Unless employee supports usually your application will not be processed.

However, I am in the same boat.

My employer is ready to support only different is my satiation is that my company registered office in Toronto and work location is in Vancouver (Client location). We have lot of employees working in similar roles for last 2 -3 years.

We do not have any local registered office in BC, my company not sure what document we can support for Municipal license. This is a document to indicate facility license to operate. We cannot provide this as we do not have any local office.

How do I put my case?

Any one is in similar situation?

Hello.

I have graduated from a university in BC (Master Degree) I want to apply for the express entry-skill worker (BC PNP),

My question is that if I apply for a post-graduate work permit, I can apply for BC PNP or I have to wait to get work permit visa and then apply?
Thank you

You need visa only for crossing the Canadian border. PGWP allows to apply for BC PNP.

I studied MBA in University Canada West in B.C, After getting PGWP and job offer, which visa I can apply for :

Express entry-International Graduate
Express entry -skill worker

International Graduate includes intermediate jobs and I do not know if I can apply for this type or I should apply for the skilled worker?

And if I apply for the skilled worker, can I get the score of my master from Canada?

They are not visa, they are immigration programs.

@scylla Hi Scylla,
How are you?
For BC PNP International graduate stream (SI and not EE) , can the person apply right away as soon he or she receives a valid offer from a BC employer? Because the 2 yrs directly related work experience is only for BC PNP - skilled worker category I believe. Hence, just wondering if directly applying for a International graduate makes sense for a person who has graduated from a Canadian institution withing last 3 yrs.
