I just graduated from a university in BC as an international student. During my study, I completed a 4-month internship (NOC Skill Type A) with this employer in BC, and have been working part-time on my study permit in the same position for one year since the internship ended. Now that I will go back as a full-time employee with a post-graduate work permit, I would like to know if I can apply for PR through for BC PNP Skills Immigration - International Graduate.
Right now, employer requirements can be met if:
- I am working full-time for the employer OR
- Job posting for at least 14 days
I would like to ask if my employer can meet the requirements by demonstrating that recruitment efforts were made when hiring for an intern last year. If not, can I meet the requirement with my intern and part-time experience?
Thank you.
