Hi, I am currently residing and working in Metro Vancouver, So I am not eligible for Regional working experience in BC PNP. However, I completed my 18-month degree in Vancouver Island and lived there for 3 years; therefore, I am eligible for Regional Alumni. In my registration score, I did not get any points for that. Is it going to add any points later? Is there anyone who is also facing the same? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

What school? And when did you graduate?

I graduated in 2021 from public university.
Call BC PNP and confirm but you may not be getting points because your work experience is in Vancouver. Page 60.

Additional points for regional experience or regional alumni

If the work location identified in your job offer is in Area 2 or 3, you may be eligible for regional
experience or regional alumni points. If the work location identified in your job offer is in Area 1,
you are not eligible for these additional points.
