BC PNP Question

Hello there,

I have recently got my BC PNP in November, and I am now planning to apply for PR. I have a question of how to apply for PR? My PNP says its not valid for Express entry, Can anyone please tell me the what are the steps involved as I have to complete this process in 6 months.
