A quick question if anyone can help me please.
I have applied for the BC PNP and was told I would have a 14-16 week wait.
My current whv expires at the 18 week point from application date.
If i still have'nt received my approval by the 18 week point and I re-enter the country just a day prior to my whv expires could they refuse me entry or could they let me in but tell me to leave the next day ( I would like to go home for Christmas and am due to return the day before whv visa expires)
Any experience of the border control?
Also any feedback on processing times for BC PNP? I heard they were processing apps from May 25th last week from another applicant.
Anyone have an insight into the BC PNP office are they slower during the summer (due to holidays?) do they make a push on processing before Christmas? any insights at all would be much appreciated
