I applied for bc pnp under international graduate program and got my AOR on 25 th January 2015 .My work permit will expire on 04 November 2015 , Can i switch to visitor visa to maintain my legal status ? will this effect my file in any case

I am confused. ..ur date of receipt of application and aor are much before mine but the file no is higher . Mine is 53** received last week of Aug 14 and aor was released on 16th September 14. God knows how they r working.

Don't know what they are doing ? I am so confused that why they hell are they still stuck on July/August 14 files from last 5 months... I can't really understand....

hey dont worry it wont effect your case if your on a vistor visa. The only way it would effect your case if you get caught staying there without any visa so dont worry loads of people go on vistors visa while there waiting for there PNP

Im now implied status. My agent just send the AOR of my wpermit extension.

Just to add some info, my co worker received her nomination before i received a email from bcpnp the fact that she submitted her application October 2014. Im not sure about her file No. Wether around 57** or 58**.

BC PNP seems to be all over the place. No logic behind that at all!!!???

Now i got it. Pnp is prioritizing the applications which are either on implied status or workpermits extensions. Rest they are going chronogicaly.july and aug will take another month or two to finish.

Hey I had to leave canada cause my work permit expired my BC PNP is still being process so Im back at home waiting on my PNP is that what implied status means

Implied status means ... you have applied for either a work permit or an extn visa and cic has not reverted back with a result . While u waiting for reault from cic its called implied status and you can continue stayin in canada while on implied status
