Hi, I am completing my M.Sc. at UBC and going to University of Toronto for PhD. Does anyone know that I can be out of BC when my BC PNP PR application in in process? I can provide a job offer showing that my intended job and place to live would be Vancouver. Thanks in advance for your help.

I think that if your employer is preparing a good answer where he will explain that he is not easy to find somebody like you in Canada even if the salary / wage is not high there won't be issues.
He should have filled a job offer form with all the details. Am I right?

Thanks for reply, employer has already done lmia and send all the required documents. Now he has submitted the new explanation again by 9 April, I am not sure immigration is doing?

Nice and very good for you.
Maybe I am just not a lucky guy and they lost my application.
I applied for NOC-2171 with a score of 124. I believed there was enough merit in such application.
It is really strange I have been waiting for more than 3 months now.

Anyway, I am not trusting them anymore and I asked my employer to start an LMIA process.
It was just a waste of time and 700$.

I am so lucky that I will get the nomination when i will have a new work permit with the LMIA. That will be silly
