Assistance Required . Can someone please respond and assist

I have been speaking to an employer in BC and they have offered me a job as a senior recruiter with one of the restaurants they own. They currently employ around 120 people and I will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment for all the roles .

I do have 5 years plus experience as a recruiter. Can I please confirm if the BC nominee application will be approved easily ? Or is there any thing I could do to ensure that the application doesnt get rejected.

This is exteremly important for me and all your valuable thoughts would be highly appreciated

Cheers

Hi Emad

You can ask your doctor to give you a tracking no which you can use for tracking on the courier website.

Hello Emad,
May i know if you did 2 medical? (Owp and PR)?
Or your medical for OWP and PR was the same?

Thanks

Thanks mm for the question.

Hi Emad:: Please confirm in case we all need to go for separate medicals individually for OWP and PR?

I just got the OWP stamped on my passport 2 weeks back and i believe that the same MR is valid for 1 year and can be used for PR application as well.

I have kept the xerox of the acknowledgement letters of MR which i got from hospital....

Please advise on your case.....

Cheers,

The medical was for the PR, medical examination was not required for my OWP. but even so, one examination record can serve both.
as far as i knew that the medical expire within 1 year, so if you issued any number of visa that need medical examination within the same year, only one examination will be required.

Hope that answer your question.

Hi All,

For your information about ,medical , if you already done in WP or other permit.

Question : Do I need a medical exam to apply for permanent residence, if I've already had one for my permit?

AnsYou may have needed a medical exam to get a work or study permit, depending on where you have lived. This medical exam would have ensured you posed no health risk to the Canadian public.

However, even if you had a medical exam previously, all applicants for permanent residence in economic categories must have a medical exam to ensure:

they pose no health risk to the Canadian public and
neither they nor a family member will place too much demand on Canada's health, education and social systems
