They received my application last Feb 23, 2013....hopefully AOR will arrive soon....

My package to CIO Nova Scotia, was received by them last Friday, 01-03-2013. I wanted to ask whether anyone has received a fee refund of their previous application fee. if not then whats the procedure?

Initially I had applied in Nov,2007 & Jan, 2008 received an acknowledgement & fee acceptance of 550 CAD$.
