[BC PNP] Forwarded to the next stage - Does anybody know what this means?

Hello,

My BC PNP application has been In Process...I followed up with my case officer and I got a response that it has been forwarded to the next stage.

I checked my BC PNP application, and it is still In Process. I'd like to ask what it means when they say that...is it a good sign or will I need to wait longer?

My problem is my EE profile will expire by April and I don't know what happens next. Hope someone ca
