BC PNP estimated 8-10 week wait time

How accurate are people finding the quoted wait time for a BC PNP application to be? My application was received by the BC PNP offices 10 weeks ago today, and I'm yet to hear back from them. Did anyone else's applications take longer than the allotted 10 weeks to be processed?

Anyone else still waiting to hear back from BC PNP past the suggested waiting time? It's been 12 weeks now, and they still haven't even contacted my employer?!

I initially came to Canada on a 1 year working holiday visa. I then applied for an extension to this visa, which was denied. So I applied for restoration of status and during that time I gained a sponsored work visa, which I am still using now. That runs out in October 2012. Do you think that this might be a reason for the delay?

I never overstayed my visa without having an application pending, so technically I was never an illegal visitor here. Just trying to second guess the delay!

Kinda reluctant to pester the BC PNP, being that their email says not to email them asking for a status update!

Hello we are included in the bcpnp fsw backlog pilot project we submitted the application. June 2012 and up to now no nomination yet?

Is there a known backlog of BC PNP applications? Is that just for the pilot program, or all applications? What does fsw stand for?

BC PNP received my application on the 12th of June, and they issued me my nomination on the 23rd August. I got it in the mail this morning! Hopefully yours isn't too far away!

Oh so my husband has to phone them? It is not an email? It is a regular mail?
