BC PNP April 2014

Received on april 30th, acknowledge on June 3rd, number 232x... No typo... In order not to create duplicates they probably reserved a burst of numbers to each office... And devinma has been luckier to pick that one... It should be just a matter of a day or two... The real issue is that my WP has already expired and I have to wait the mail in order to go to the border and renew it... And meanwhile I'm not working...

Could you please tell me anyone here that i got the 6 band in all module and if i apply for BC PNP program and after that my file goes to CIC then do they have a roght to deciline my case on IELTS low score basis ?? Or is my IELTS enough to pass CIC matter??

Hi,

i have want help on one question from you. Hope you can help. I checked on your website its written like this--
your standard hours of work,
that the position is indeterminate and full-time (at least 30 hours per week, year-round),
1) So on my offer it state as minimum number of hours i am working is 35hrs/week. But i usually work 37,38,39,40 hours per week . It fluctuate on work load. but i work 35 hrs/ week for sure. So 35hrs/ week work as written on my job offer is fine ?? As i sometime do work more than time notified on job offer that time.

2) And one thing more will you guys consider 35hrs/week full-time or 40 hrs/ week as a full time employee.

3) So at last, Am I fullfilling condition of BC PNP as working 35hrs/ week and consider as a full time employee as it also state on my job offer letter. that is permanent full time position.

I applied March 31, received AOR on May 1st and have a filenumber SO-14-16**. From what I hear they are processing applications that are above
14-16** already. Aren't they doing it in order ? Plus now it's 8-9 months.... dang.

Hi anyone.. May I ask if the basis of bc pnp LICO is the wage in the new job offer or wage in the lmo.. My husband is applying within Canada.. His salary is 11 cad but it was increase to 14cad last month and his employer made a indefinite position with salary of 14 cad.. Im just worried because if they will base it on previous salary which is 11, we are not going to meet the lico for the family of 3..

I sent them an email this morning; they might just reply that I have to wait for an answer, but I hope they might give me some real info.

It's shocking how this scheme is running and the lack of communication and information they give. Best of luck, I'm sure you will get the answer soon. Remember to keep us all posted
