Yes i applied through a lawyer....

Now My spouse is in india.

Actually.. we emailed and called BCpnp 1 week ago when other persons got their nomination like vancouver 71.

They said your file is in process. Plz wait until 14 weeks over . Todaya our 14 weeks over.
So we decide to call them 3 jan or 7 jan.

I guess you have to wait two more weeks. Because i e-mailed them today and they replied that processing time is now 14 to 16 weeks. Not sure what they are doing with our files

Exactly.. I was given the same answer. I actually spoke to one of the case officers who was extremely helpful, Very polite and humble. She explained that sometimes the case officers work on the file and dont update the database. Also, it takes time for the international applicants as compared to candidates already in canada. I was told to contact after 16 weeks. which will be on 13th Jan !!

I just want to know the exact time frame so I can sit patiently and wait.

Does the 16 weeks include Christmas vacation? If not, it's 18 weeks. That's way too long, I'm running out of my patience!

I am new here.. I want to apply for bc pnp but I dont av a job offer but av a brother who is raeady rto file for me..kindly tell me steps to take to submit my application. Or wat oda application I cud submit if I cud not apply for pnp

No.. you can't apply for BCpnp...bcoz job offer is strongly required.

only international post graduation who have masters in health scìence or etc. Can apply bcpnp without job offer.

So please take every step carefully...Dont waste money....

To my knowledge, it all depends on the adviser. Some let u know before sending out the nomination letter, some don't
