Please let me know how to apply for BC Provincial Nominee Program and whether I will qualify or not my particulars are as follows:-

IELTS: L=6.5, S=6.5, R=7 & W=6.5

Age= 40

job= Manager Insurance Claims & Underwriter.

Qualifications: Two Insurance Diplomas and Master degree in Computer science.

Experience = 20 years.

Your help and quick and quality advices will highly be appreciated.

Take the apply by paper option, they are taking in excess of 2 months to get back to you with an answer on these. This will give you 2 months of implied status and within that time you will have your PNP sorted.

They are processing EE applications really fast; there is a thread on here discussing that "BC PNP Express Entry Addendum Tracker"

I have almost the same situation. What if PNP processing times will take longer than WP consideration? I did apply in November 2014 under international graduate category. My WP expires on April 30, 2015. I`m scared that even if I send docs for a new WP by paper, it will not be enough time for PNP to give me an approval. Therefore, CIC will refuse in giving me WP and what should I do next? Should I apply for restoration? What if even this won`t help and after that I will still be waiting for PNP?

Can you apply for express entry under the BC PNP? There are threads on here showing they process those quickly, approx 1 month.

If not take a look around on here it looks like the grad category is the next fastest to process after EE.

If your WP expires April 30, you will likely get implied status until end of June/early July, apply by paper on April 25 or 26.
You may need to stop working for a few weeks if you are refused until your PNP comes through.

Once refused you will have 90 days to apply for something else or leave Canada.
Simply pay your $200 restoration fee and then apply online for a visitor visa (takes approx 1 month)

By then you should have your PNP and will hopefully not had too much time off work (I have had 10 weeks so far)

Hi,

i am getting more than required wage as according to my NOC i.e. noc 0621 but that wage includes benefits also i.e. 26$ per hour including benefits. In bc pnp website its written that job offer must state all the benefits and i am getting.

Does BC PNP doesnt count benefits? if yes then my salary will be treated as low wage?

I read only 1350 candidates will be nominates by Bc pnp in 2015 as i read 5500 will be nominated. It means after 1350 no candidates will get 600 points?

Hey happygarcha, are you in EE stream? Definitely EE candidates receive AOR super fast. For regular candidates this is taking a month these days. PNP website states it can take up to 6 weeks to receive an AOR for regular stream applicants. Not sure about 1350 approvals for 2015, must be 5500!

While creating EE profile there is an option which say do you have a valid job offer? For bc pnp ee i dnt need lmia so answer should be yes because i am creating profile for BC pnp EE

Hello, I am in regular not in EE. I have applied about second week of February that mean hopefully i will get AOR about in second week or third week of March ...
