I do not think I sign forms with employer.

No update. Week 16 Hoping for mid Jan now, don't think there will be many lmos approve before xmas.

my lmo application started in september for alberta. i have a question for you did you apply for the work permit at the same time or did you wait to get the lmo number before applying for the work permit ?

my lmo application started in september for alberta. i have a question for you did you apply for the work permit at the same time or did you wait to get the lmo number before applying for the work permit ?

I applied right before my work permit expired by paper to get inplied status.
If you still have not receive LMO before work permit expired, you should go ahead apply with CIC wiout LMO to get implied status. As soon as you receive your LMO, hand it in to CIC.
