Barcodes won't generate on IMM1344....can I send it anyway?

I searched through the topics and while a few other people have had this issue, no one has gotten an answer, so I thought I'd try my luck.

My wife filled out IMM1344 (Application to Sponsor) properly and validated it, but when we printed, all that came up for the barcode page was the image title, no actual barcodes. Can I still send it in, since it's validated, or should we keep trying to figure out what's wrong? Everything was up-to-date, from Adobe to Java to my printer, and the barcodes showed up fine on my application. I'm concerned because we don't get to see each other often, so redoing the application, reprinting, and resigning is a pain.

Help please!

I would try to fix this issue. Maybe try to print from other computer? Or safest way is to call CIC and ask. It seems for me that is it some technical issue, but will it actually cause troubles I don't know. Personally, I would not send this without barcode, it is here for a reason good luck

I had the same issue. I printed from a Mac and it just wouldn't print even with an updated Adobe Reader. Try using a Windows PC with the latest Adobe Reader. That worked for me

That sounds like the issue. She printed from a Mac, as well.
