Dear Nekol

I have received GCMS notes last week. there are some spaces which they blanked and same pages it is written right on top S 16 (1)(c). please help me to understand what is S 16 (1)(c) and is there anything to worry ? Prior that I have been asked to submit NTN of company where I am employed which I supplied them in August 2015. now I received notes with 16(1)(c). By the way I haven't received any verification call. anyone please

I have read in your old posts that this is related to job verification. Please tell me will they personally come for verification or this 16(1)(c) is nothing to do with job verification or only security concerns?.

As far as ATI act is concerned section 16(1) is pertinent to Law Enforcement and Investigations, doubt it has anything to do with job verifications.

You are getting your PPR soon. Don't worry. Section 15 and Section 19 are common in every GCMS Notes if you order Notes after PPR or near PPR or after the Visa is issued. They just don't want to share with you the details of Security Background checks.

In my gcms notes eligibility,criminality and medicals are set to passed and security is blank..and after reviewing and passing everything else, VO forwarded my application to CPC-O program integrity. Does anyone know what does it mean?

Usually yes, at least that is the trend I have seen from many gcms notes, Eligibility gets passed, criminality passed and then security is processed. But no one can say this is strictly like that. In the start of this thread where this process is explained in more detail in CIC's words, any of these steps could have gone in multiple iterations and hence order is immaterial then.

But assuming a straight forward case, the likelihood of above order is high.

4 = I am in Canada so I will submit my phone bills but we are not taking on phone we r using viber and tango . Is it enough to submit screenshote ?
5 = I have not visited since June 2015
My husband interview was positive so is it enough to tell them
that I am working and paying Mortgage of house and I am sick ( genocologe )and treatment is on going there for I can't visit him ? Is it will be enough ?

I received my MR on 05 Jan 16 and I did it just after the day. Ecase shown my medical received on 09 Jan 16.
As I saw the form or my friends received medical request with schedule 4 background update papers after few days get Rprf.
But I didn't get schedule 4 & Rprf. I am confused. Would you please help me.
