Can anybody please enlighten me on my status ????

I submitted my medicals in February 2013. Submitted required docs (landing fees, police clearance, etc) last March 2013. I only need the MR for my family. But until now they (LVO) has not sent it inspite several requests. My Ecas is still showing In process since January. No MR receipt in the Ecas still after I sent mine last Feb (maybe because I have not sent my family's medicals). I checked with the courier, LVO has already received it 1 week after it was sent. Its almost 4 months already!!

My consultant (Premiers) told me that LVO is maybe in the process of doing my background check after I sent my docs in March. And they cannot do any inquiry right now regarding my status or MR for my family. They said I just need to wait until July.

My questions are:

- Is it normal not to receive yet the MR of my family after several requests? Is it true that they will send it after LVO finishes my background check?
- Why is it that MR received is not yet showing in my Ecas even if I already submitted my medicals in February? (Is this because I have not sent my family's medicals?
- How long do I need to wait before we can make the inquiry about my status?
- Do you think there is a problem in my application why it is taking that long?
Im so worried.. Please advise me

hi, it seems normal no issues, dont worry,
just if u have some docs related to medical you can send them by email only, for their re-checking.

I would suggest ordering GCMS notes.
It would help you in clarifying your file's current status.

NO NEED TO WORRY, I THINK YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MR VERY SOON. CHC TOOK MY INTERVIEW IN NOVEMBER, 2012 AND I RECEIVED MY MR IN MARCH, 2013, ALONG WITH RPRF AND PPC UPDATES.

1. My consultant asked my passpoprt with expired one and of my spouse and son. Is is necessary to give those with medicals???

2. And, any background checks will be done now after this?

3. How much time it will take now to complete the process and what process is remaining?

If you really have some major reason, you can submit passport later. However, you'll have to explain your case to CHC with a cover letter.

2. And, any background checks will be done now after this?

It depends on case to case. However, some part of security screening is always done after medical.

3. How much time it will take now to complete the process and what process is remaining?

Final review and security screnning remains. Regarding time, I dont think anybody knows the answer to this.

what do u mean by security screening? will that be related to my work experience or something else??

and i just want to conform that should i give my passports to consultant at this stage or not?

And, time i am asking in general if all goes well...

NOT NECESSARY, IT DEPENDS HOW YOU PRESENT YOUR FILE AND DOCUMENTS, AND IF YOUR FILE IS UNDER RANDOM QUALITY CHECKING.

In letter the date is of 3rd june. Now I only have 10 odd days to do medical
And RPRF, POF and PCC.

He said tht he recved it late. Now my query is I hv taken 12th july for my medical. Is it ok? We need to undergo medical within 45 days or it needs to be submitted before that?

Will they consider my medical? And my other docs. Which might be received to them little late.

Learned one, PL. REPLY. I M VERY MUCH TENSED. NEED UR URGENT ADVISE.

It has to be there within 45 days, you have enough time the courier takes 3 weekdays to deliver
