Hello guys,

Pl. Helo me. My consultant sent me my medical request 3 days back.

In letter the date is of 3rd june. Now I only have 10 odd days to do medical
And RPRF, POF and PCC.

He said tht he recved it late. Now my query is I hv taken 12th july for my medical. Is it ok? We need to undergo medical within 45 days or it needs to be submitted before that?

Will they consider my medical? And my other docs. Which might be received to them little late.

Learned one, PL. REPLY. I M VERY MUCH TENSED. NEED UR URGENT ADVISE.

now most probably your medicals are done online, no need to courier, Doctors will complete it online. just you do yourself as early as possible. NO late at all. forget 45 days. don't take tension just go for it.

not yet, i have lately received in May 2013, where security screening was initiated and I have to wait at least 6 months because it is taking normally from 4-12 months. just pray for my MR in Ramdan Inshallah.

1. U had a 1-yr wait-queue, which got over around Nov-2012.
2. Ur "IP" line corroborates the above -- processing started on Oct-10th, 2012.
3. It takes around 4-6 months from then to receive the meds.
4. Thus u should expect ur meds around Feb-Apr 2013.

its almost 9 months since starting processing my application !

does it realy take that much to send MR ?

or is there any problem occured with my case at LVO ,..........?

I have received this mail before 4 months of medical request....

We are currently in the process of conducting background/ security checks for this application. This is a lengthy process that can take several months. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of the file.

I have done medical 7 months ago ,should there be any further security or BCG check after medical received???????????????

Nice to see this forum running well. People are sharing their experiences and helping each other in several concerns. May I also share one concern and hope to have an advice from an experienced friend here.

I sent my updated docs including police certificates and photos to CHC London in July 2012. Later on after child birth I again sent the updated docs in November 2012. In May 2013, I inquired about the case status to which they replied that it is under background and security checks and may take some more time. Now recently they asked me to resubmit the police certificates, passport size Photos of family, Schedule A forms and IMM5406 for self and spouse. Can anyone suggest about following?

1.WHAT COULD THIS RESUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS MEAN AFTER A LAPSE OF ONE YEAR?
2.DO THEY TRY TO DELAY THE CASE DELIBERATELY BY DOING SUCH THINGS?
3.IT SEEMS THAT EITHER THEY HAVE LOST MY DOCS OR SLEPT OVER MY CASE. CAN I APPEAL TO SOMEONE ABOUT THIS?


HAS THIS HAPPENED WITH ANY ONE ELSE. i seriously believe that they are deliberately playing with people's career to control the inflow of skilled people.

usualy they asked for updated forms when they are going to finalize things.
in Your case they took too much time now I think shortly after submission of these requested docs You will receive medicals RPRF and then PPR1
they required fresh signatures for finalizing cases which are already delayed or a reasonable time passed.
So dont worry.

I have received email from CIC Ottawa office as an reply on my application update request. They say "Currently, background verifications are being conducted for which, unfortunately, I am unable to provide a completion time frame."
Any one of know how long the background take and what is included in this process. The email donot say when this process started. I submit my medical in June 2012.
Any opinion and sight in my application appreciated. my timeline is on the left.

when ever vo is writting abot no time frame given means checks newly started, and it may take minimum of 6 months if no problrm exists, otherwise almost 8-12 month, while u need re-medical.
but fortunatly if they r near to finish checks then time might be shortened.

security BGC always after medicals some cases, medical is after security.
