That's the initial part under R10. so he/she basically checks all the documents are received and after this your medical and Criminality (if 1 PCC) is cleared.

Yes I have the ordered again, it was my last set of notes that indicated this information.

I enquired LVO about status of my application. They replied that application is going through background check. Does that mean that my relationship eligibility has been cleared?

No one here knows or can say for certain. The only person who'd know is the assessing officer(s).
People order notes to obtain further insight into the processing of their own applications (every case different).

47 days to receive AOR
AOR: 22 October 2019
No biometric request but my biometric information from September 2019 when we applied for TRV (rejected) is showing up.
No medical request yet.

Kindly explain what this means. Isn't the BGC the last step in the application?

Request of GCMS will not speed up the processing of your application....GCMS helps to provide notes from the visa officers review of your application.

When you check your Application Status in your online account.........what's the message for Review of Eligibility.....(1) or (2)....below;

1.) Review of eligibility: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."
2.) Review of eligibility: "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"

Background check takes awhile to complete....in your Application Status.....what's the Background Check message....(1) or (2).....below;

1.) Background Check: “Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.”
2.) Background Check: “We are processing your background check. we will send you a message if we need more information.“

Sponsorship applications is processed on a case basis and depends on the visa office.......if your AOR is on 25th July 2017......you have almost completed 12months (25-July-2018)......will advice that you give IRCC 1week.......if nothing, them send an email to LVO.
