I'm an Iranian medical student in Georgia and I've been accepted to be an observer for a week in a Canadian hospital. I applied for a visitor visa about 40 days ago but my case is still in progress (in background check) I need to be in hospital in one week so my question is:
If my visa is not issued by then, will it be rejected since the purpose of my visit has passed? Or will they still consider giving me the visa so that I can do my observership later?
