I emailed them the proof and they took 10 days to reply. They approved our ARC and send request for their passports today.

Do you mind sharing what application it was and what was your processing time overall ? It helps whoever that reads the thread looking for answers .

Submitted: April 29, 2019
AOR1: August 16, 2019
Biometrics: August 16, 2019
AOR2: Sept. 18, 2019
Medical, PCC, ARC request: February 19, 2020
Medical passed: March 27, 2020
ARC repayment request: Sept. 8, 2020 (waived Sept 18, 2020 after I sent them proof that we purchased our own tickets to leave)
Decision made in ECAS: Sept. 9, 2020
ARC approval: Sept 18, 2020
PPR: Sept 18, 2020

We are also going through the Warsaw VO. We got our ARC denied, we are nowgoing through the appeal process now.

Sorry to hear that you’re going through that now. I hope your appeal is approved so you can be with your spouse .. are you able to share with us their reason for refusal ..

I'm sorry this happened. Maybe you can email them and ask them to reconsider... Not sure if this helps others but in our case I wrote an ARC letter as a sponsor and so did my parents and our lawyer. I feel like they want to see that you regret not leaving Canada on time and your cooperation with deportation order. But nothing is plain and simple with this organization, unfortunately.

I was reading through some old messages here and I noticed that a few people got requested I.R.B decision in order to apply for an ARC. I wonder if everyone gets the I.R.B file request, or if it's depending on the type of process they're dealing with. Also, in case we do need the IRB, how can we get that?
