Hi ! We didn't have the upload option on GCKey, and it seems like that happens somewhat regularly if your account wasn't linked when the request was received. We simply did it via a webform. You do not need to mail in the police certificates (which is also what was requested from us).

Same as you here. I got an email that they received additional documents on April 8th, and since then, no updates.. I just ordered the GCMS notes too. This process definitely makes me feel like things are way out of control. Seeing people applied earlier this year got more progress than mine made me feel frustrated too. I keep on trying to remind myself not to overthink about things that are out of control..
Hope we both can get good news soon..

Oh, same thing ! I've been so frustrated seeing people applying in 2021 move so much faster. I've been trying not think about it and not to look at things too much, but it is so stressful and so important that its hard to just take that step back.
The silence has been the worst. I've seen many people receive request for more proof of "Intent to Return" and I'm just thinking I hope we don't get that, I really really hope. I don't think I could handle extending the process further with this.

Ugh, I wish we both get good news sooner rather than later.

I just received my COPR today! We applied outland from the USA. I'm American and my wife is a dual American/Canadian citizen. I hope to land within the next month.

There are so many ways to make any large file smaller in size. Google it, see if YouTube advises help or ask an IT specialist. All of it would be better than risking to cause a confusion with your application which will result in delays.

Did you convert your file into a PDF before uploading? I think that keeps the images as they are. Or you can add an explanation note with each file saying they go together? For us when they asked for an additional doc, they said to email it or mail it in - they didn't ask us to upload it. But I guess that may depend on the VO.
