After eApr submission, I realized that I have not provided nomination certificate and IELTS forms as they did not specifically list them in the submission docs list. Will that be an issue?

I received my AOR on August 3rd, but my wife's x-ray is deferred due to pregnancy.
Should I expect any status change or biometric request even if our medicals won't be reviewed till the baby is born?

To be honest i am not 100% sure, haven't been observing specific cases. I am sure someone will confirm though
