Medical cannot be done without the request from IRCC, not sure about biometrics.

No I suggest you wait for an e-mail from them.It may take 2 weeks to a month as in my case. Even if you go to a Dr. he will refuse a pre-med. BUT I have an idea she can go to a Dr who can do a private medical equal to Canadian, this way you ys can fix an unforeseen problem . However if she thinks she is perfect medically no need to waste time and money.
