"Your file is being worked on" - that definitely seems like a positive sign. At least someone is working on it.
Only positive I have received since the start of the year before this the file was not touched since December 2018, 7 months of nothing!

Same with me. File was untouched since November until recently in June, when I got a remed. Let's hope for the best :).

Just wanted to let everyone know I finally got my COPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence) after attending my final interview here in Canada.
Thank you for all the support and for the ones waiting for it hang in there and stay positive!

I am an inland applicant for the express entry stream, with my wife as a dependent.

You should contact NDVO and state your problem then ask whether you can send your passport Canada or USA for stamping the VISA. They will tell you what to do next. Just email them.
