they don't reply to you to acknowledge receipt, at least that's what their auto response e-mail says when you send documents.

I guess the auto response means that the email at least made it to their inbox. After that we're not sure...

I was asked for additional document on nov 24 and submitted it 3 days later and have heard nothing back

Same with me, I was asked for additional doc in November too and haven't heard back.

No email, nothing change in mycic (background check still in progress).

Thank you! I am already in Canada, but I live close to the border. I guess I have to do that flagpole thing.
I will be following this thread still, still not really sure about the next steps. But this DM thing is definitely a big relief.

Congrats! You should be excited! Me too got decision made yesterday Dec. 10, and Im still waiting for that PPR Email. And because I was too excited, I already files my resignation at work. Lol PPR to all of us here!
