CanadaPost delivers the package to a PO Box so there is no one to sign for it (that's not a bad thing necessarily). If you send it via UPS/FedEx it goes directly to the office so that has to be signed for. Not a big deal either way as no one usually looks at it for a few days at least.

I just checked CIC and for all you Philippines applicants, the assessment of sponsor has been reduced to 36 days

Great news! Now let's hope the overall processing time goes down too!

Today Morning, my Application Package was received in CIC Mississauga (R Mahmood) through Canada Post. ;D

We're the same. R Mahmood was the one who received our application according to Canada Post. Do you receive your AOR already? I havent received any email from them

No not yet.. I wish.. I don't think they would process it this soon though, even though someone else recieved it within few days.. I'm hoping I'll hear something after the long weekend..
