August 2012 PR Applications

My application filed on Aug 13th and I am still waiting for the Medical request

Well unfortunately, I was rejected because my case worker said they were not satisfied that the NOC code I provided accurately reflects my roles and responsibilities and they re-classified me to a level C job. I sent a letter to the CIO explaining that I received my NOC code from the HRSDC and could they please re-consider...

The only good thing is that the job I'm in now does rate correctly and I've been in it almost a year - I will reapply if they do not decide to reconsider my refusal. Does anyone know if you can get a further extension on a BOWP? That's what I have right now and if I do not have a decision by the time it expires I will need to get another, is this a possibility?

Then your process went quite fast. I ordered my GCMS notes and as of last month my criminatlity and our security was in progress... I think it also depends where you are from.

Is any body same boat like me i am august applicant i just got rprf and biodata last couple weeks ago and i paid right after same same day but still waiting for medical dont know why is taking so long if see other they got medical next day of rprf and biodata could you guys plz help me out from this problem
