The call center agent said they started processing sponsorship on Nov 3rd, but we've received nothing from them by mail or email, and I can't log into ecas using the payment receipt number or my client ID (from my VR, which is what the call center agent used to look up our application).

I would call the Call Center again and ask for the Client ID again to make sure the number you have is correct. Good Luck

congratulations first off al for your approvel, yes its so normal for Ecas its happening all the time system is not following present time process so dont worry about that.

congrats awor, ı hope everything goes smooth all of us, we so confused since last week we send application 29 ags. and they openeed nov7th they told us more info req. but still even heard anyhting yet ı dont know whats going ı hope we can be happy so soon and got our aprorval.

Just visiting from the September topic to tell you that the first official September sponsorship approval, marco2011 (app received Sept 2), has happened! Over the weekend, there was already talk about a September 7 approval in a different topic, but that person wasn't part of the September topic. I invited him to come over and join the spreadsheet though.

This means that you guys probably have an approval on the way too. perhaps it's a good idea to give CIC a phonecall at this point, because they seem to have passed August.

I am so happy everyone is receiving good news!! Congrats everyone. My husband and I were wondering if anyone could tell us something. Like my husband said earlier in his comments that we sent our app on August 29 and they opened our file in November 7th. The agent told us we needed more information and a letter was sent to us we still haven't received it : Our question is has anyone had this experience where they say more info is needed but in fact it is our approval letter. Nothing is showing on Ecas other than our address and that the file was opened on November 7th. We sent a very strong case and not sure what other information they require, hopefully we will know something today if the letter comes but still very confused as to what is going on. Could anyone tell us something, this is so stressful and need some advise.

I was a bit premature, apparently the Sept 2 sponsorship application is "in process". Probably will take a few more days before they get 'approved". Sorry, I was too excited

thanks I don't want to start a new thread just for one question I know we are all in the same boat here, I just wanted to know if anyone was experiencing the same type of problem, if people were getting told there is a letter requesting more info and in fact they received an approval letter. I am just confused and wanted to put my mind a little more at ease because the agents don't give that kind of information and I only commented one time today, the other times it was my husband and we are all nervous as everyone is to get that approval. Then we can all relax and move on. But thanks for your suggestion but starting a new thread I don't think that would help us.

Ot took 21 days to get my letter from the time they said it was mailed. It was Dated October 20th I got it November 10th!
