Pr confirmation phone call- 3 hrs after PAL
Copr email- 15 minutes after phone call.

Hi guys,
I am curious if I can use my old medical results (2 years old) for my AIPP application. According to the new Temporary public policy :


In-Canada permanent residence applicants
You’re exempt from completing an additional immigration medical exam (IME) if

  • you have applied, or you are applying for permanent residence and
  • you are already residing in Canada and
  • you have completed your immigration medical exam in the last 5 years and
  • an IRCC medical officer found your medical exam as low risk or no risk to public health or public safety.
I satisfy all the above conditions. What do you guys suggest?

Biometrics were provided before submitting my PR file in February 2020 for another purpose
PR file received by IRCC in 26 November 2020
AOR 15 February 2021
Medical upfront passed in March 2021
Medical approval on my cic account was 29th June 2021
PAL received 8th of July 2021
Waiting for COPR ...
Any updates to a similar application will be appreciated
