Also want to know why. My medical pending for more than 3 weeks now ☹
Did you upload through CIC or webform?
I uploaded my medical through webform(March 15th), after almost 3 weeks (April 7th)they send me an email saying that they have forwarded my documents to the responsible department and I called CIC this week they told me they could see my medical is under my documents but everything is still in processing just told me to wait patiently.

Yes i did upload it after 1 week because i did not receive any update from them. Then after 1 day of uploading it on webform it was updated. Then i sent them webform last week they said my medical is still under review. All my dependents medical already passed except mine. I think they are taking their time and want to max it till the normal processing time given on website. No other option but to pray and wait patiently.

I guess it depends if it is inland or outland applicant. Usually inland applicants get passed in a couple of days after the doctor submits to IRCC the report.
I think so. I am also thinking they’re taking their time until it reached the timeline they indicated for processing. Here in Singapore its 14 weeks. So i am hoping to received news before 14 weeks.
