ATIP Short by 5days on residency

I just sent another request for ATIP, but hoping before the report I get OATH Letter.
Wishful Thinking isn't it !!!

Absolutely not. It's your legal right to order it!

The officer handling your file probably doesn't even know that you requested ATIP. They probably get some low-level file clerk or intern to fill these requests.

However, when you get the second ATIP report, it does show that ATIP was first requested. It's is shown under incoming correspondence.
