I Hayatullah HAYAT has been employed by the Care of Afghan Families (CAF) on 01-May-2006. During that time, I had no negative incident and has no derogatory information in his record in running of different projects activities. I was worked as professional employee and serviced more than 25 projects from different funders during the services period. Among them two humanitarian projects which I was served were, AGEF in Kunduz/Baghlan/Takhar & MEDAIR in Badakhshan provinces, supported by German country.

As a matter of fact, the nature of my employment as financial Manager / HR Manager/ officer in funding Western projects and working with the humanitarian people of the western countries will strongly target me as a threat of violence by the Taliban regime.
However, the armed group has announced general amnesty and assured public safety and to all, but there are multiple reports that armed groups claimed to be Taliban fighters are knocking door to door, searching for people who worked, support and cooperated with foreigners.
Since Taliban arrival, we all family members caged indoor, have lost hope for life as danger and death are foreseen. We have no one around to protect us, no place to hide or going, no power to escape this chaos. Every moment they could come and catch us and ruin our life. Via news we have heard that the CANADA Government has kindly decided to evacuate some of the most vulnerable people who work with the humanitarian NGOs in the past years.
My Services Certificate, Recommendation and HR letter introduce me as eligible applicator to Philanthropist countries to help the Immigrant visa approval. If you need I will send you in next mail.
All of our children are underage (3-girls with 2 boys), I am seriously concerned about their future education under Taliban control, my eldest daughter cries every day, because she is in 12 class at Female Turkish high school in Kabul, but unfortunately her school is closed.
However, the group spokesperson, in a video conference, has announced General Amnesty and verbally offered assurance to the general public “the war is over, and they don’t seek enmity”. In reality, besides media reports on Taliban searches for their so-called enemies, some friends and relatives of mine have informed me of horrific beating and killing cases in several areas.
Despite changing addresses, I and my family have no place to hide as the group has acquired all my personnel information including biometric details and have full control everywhere, even patrolling streets, able to do anything anywhere freely.
I understand that, if in the future I meet the legal qualifications for becoming a CANADIAN citizen and my application is approved, I will need to pledge my loyalty to the CANADIAN and its people.
I undertake to conduct myself in accordance with these values of the CANADIAN society during my stay in CANADA and to obey the laws of CANADA.

Yours Truly,

Hayatullah Hayat
