Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could help me out or give me some insight. I am planning to apply under retail assistant manager under CEC. Most of the duties match those of the NOC Code 0621(Retail Manger). What scares me is that the officer will reject this code and identify me as a retail supervisor which is not valid under CEC anymore. I don't want to waste my time in a position that is ineligible.
I have messaged HRDSC and they have confirmed that the position falls under 0621 but I know that it depends on the VO.
I have also noticed on Job Bank and Work BC that most retail assistant manager codes are classified under 0621. Will CIC consider this as Job Bank is a government website.
I was just wondering if anyone has any experience on this topic and if they applied us an assistant manager. I'm just being a lil paranoid and I like covering my tracks.
