now is over than 10 days and i just want to know how long do you wait for it normally?
and do you get usually from e-mail or post mail?

Since this is a forum about immigration to CANADA, it is a bit hard to give you info about an AUSTRALIAN government agency..
Ring them?

Have you requested a report by making a payment? I am not sure what exactly your question is but if you have requested a driver history report and have paid the fee:
When will I get my copy?
We'll mail your copy to the address that’s on your licence or permit (or your postal address) within 7-10 business days. If you’ve got a new address, you can update this online or call 131171 and we can update it for you.
