Asked to send additional PR pictures why?

Hello,
I became a PR in early November 2015, last week I got a request to send additional pics does anyone know why? It seems a few people have been.
Also they enclosed a self addressed envelope to return pictures, should I use this or send it via registered.

Perhaps your photos for PR card do not meet requirements

I think you might have submitted your photos as per old size/format, 34mmx45mm size, for PR card. This was updated in mid of Oct/start Nov to 50mmx70mm as a result many of PR applicants have got this request. Send them ASAP to avoid delays in getting your PR card.
