My husband and I are trying to get documents right before make applications

He has a pdf report for his ECA from WES, is that OK for him to use for his ITA when he gets an invite or does he have to request for a paper copy for ITA? cause he never got the one from WES except the pdf copy of his report.

We don't want to get a rejection cause of this, thank you.

PDF report is absolutely fine. Dont worry. CIC can check WES database if they wish to from your reference number. So go ahead and submit PDF report.

Dont worry God is great. Where you saw my DOB? Are you from India. have u applied already or planning to apply soon
