ARC authorization to return to canada

Hi, I was ex-refugee claimant and my case was dissmissed last year and came back to my country because of my departure order. Do you know if I need to have ARC to return to canada? or I don't really need it if I have the evidence that I got married with Canadian citizen and applying PR card as a family class?

Did you leave Canada on your own (at your own cost) or were you deported by Canada (did Canada pay for your flight home)? If you left on your own, how soon did you leave after receiving the departure order (within 30 days) and did you verify your departure with a Canadian immigration officer at the port of exit?
