So when i first apply in February fee to apply was $649.75 they sent back my application in April stating id not clear. I reapplied in April not knowing there was a fee raised of $653. So my payment was short $3.25

omg, I am so sorry to hear. they should have totally prompt you to pay the balance when you were resubmitting.

I really do hope so. Something that i started since februry looks like it wont be complete till next year. As processing slow down. So i will not hear from them till around October end or November.

When we resubmit the application, will it receive any priority for the AOR, or will we need to wait another 3 to 4 months as if we were submitting a completely new application?
